Church Coordinators play an important role in the lead up to and during State Youth Games - organising their Church team to participate over the weekend. As volunteers (or nominees) from their Church, we value the time and effort these people put in to make the event run so smoothly.
The tasks of a Church Coordinator include:
- Attending the pre-SYG meetings
- Generating teams to compete in the individual sports on offer
- Lodging all required registration forms and payments on time
- Keeping their team informed of all SYG related matters before and during the weekend.
