Welcome to SYG Central - your insight into the biggest sporting weekend on the Churches of Christ calendar.
State Youth Games (or SYG as it’s more commonly known), is a Christian sporting weekend run by Youth Vision for people between 16 and 28 years of age. The event is held in Bunbury, approximately 200km south of Perth, each June Foundation Day long weekend.
Whether you’re a sports fanatic or simply love to get out of the city for the weekend and spend time meeting new people, this event is for you.
At State Youth Games, you have the opportunity to participate in a variety of different sports from the more physical such as football, netball, soccer and volleyball; to those not as physically demanding such as fishing, bocce and scrabble. You’ll also get to participate in evening worship, fellowship with peers and have lots of fun!
